Return & Replacement Policy

Our goal at PawView is to ensure you shop with confidence and satisfaction. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy, allowing you to return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days from the delivery date. Please read and follow our return policy guidelines below for a seamless process.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: Cancel your order within 1 day of payment confirmation for a fast full refund. Submit a help ticket from Support or email support@pawview.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and if you still wish to return it, you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.

Return Policy

Returning for Replacement or Refund: Promptly check your package upon arrival. For quality issues, contact us via a support ticket on our support page or email support@pawview.com. If a return is needed, ensure the items are in original condition with all accessories. For details on return shipping, email us with your location.

Defective, Damaged, or Misshipped Items: Inspect the package before signing. Get a refund for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. Take photos or videos for proof and submit them to support@pawview.com for quick resolution.

Disliked Items or Wrongly Ordered: For non-quality-related returns, pay the return shipping cost. Upon receipt in our warehouse, a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping) will be issued. Contact support@pawview.com for return address details.

Please Note:

  • Shipping rates are non-refundable for dislike or wrongly ordered items.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. Unauthorized items won't be accepted.
  2. Return & exchange within 30 days from order receipt.
  3. Items in original condition, unaltered, and with accessories.
  4. Use a tracking method for returns; those without tracking won't be processed.
  5. Include promotional gifts received; failure results in a deduction from the refund.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package.

Return Process

Follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

Step One: Get a Return Authorization Number Submit a return request within 30 days via a support ticket or email. Once approved, a Return Authorization Number will be attached to the confirmation email.

Step Two: Inspect Merchandise Returned items must have the original package, be in perfect condition, and include all accessories.

Step Three: Ship Merchandise to Pawpular Store Warehouse Ship within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Clearly label the package and provide tracking details within 7 days. Ship to the appropriate warehouse based on your location.

Pawpular Store only accepts prepaid packages. We do not accept C.O.D.

Step Four: Credit or Exchange After receiving the item, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Allow up to two billing cycles (less than 30 days) for the refund to be credited.

Refunds: Processed within 3 days upon receiving your package. Refunds issued to your original payment account.

Please Note:

  • Shipping rates are non-refundable for returns unrelated to Defective, Damaged, or Misshipped Items.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If no refund is received 7 days after processing, re-check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or bank. If issues persist, email support@pawview.com.
